1. Custom-Sized Orders
- No Returns or Refunds on Custom Sizes: If a product is custom-made to specific dimensions provided by the customer (such as custom mattress sizes, specific heights, or tailored furniture covers), it is not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, provided that the delivered item matches the dimensions requested.
- Manufacturing Error & Replacement Guarantee: If there is a mistake on our part and the delivered custom item does not match the dimensions or specifications from your order, we will fix it. We will manufacture and ship a New Replacement Cover to you completely free of charge.
2. Standard Returns Window
- For eligible standard-sized items, customers have a period of 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return request.
3. Refund Processing & Conditions
- Parcel Inspection Requirement: No refunds or replacements will be processed until the returned parcel is safely received and inspected at our facility.
- Item Condition: To qualify for a refund, the item must be completely unused, unwashed, free of stains or damage, and packed securely in its original packaging.
- Refund Method: Once the returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or associated account) within 5 to 7 working days.
